Address or land parcel identifier of the property in question
Additional project materials and documentation necessary for the preparation of an architectural or property potential analysis

We process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

Preparation of cost proposals and contract negotiation
Performance of contracted architectural services, feasibility studies, and property analyses
Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting, taxation, and administrative regulations)
Mutual communication during the preparation and execution of assignments

The legal basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, compliance with legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, and our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the period required by applicable legal regulations (e.g., up to 10 years for accounting documents) or as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
